About me...

Hello, I'm Kristi Carignan, and welcome to KLC media. I am a freelance copywriter and PR consultant specializing in all things creative for leisure and lifestyle brands. From blogging to social media, from press releases to distribution, and yes, even good old-fashioned copy, the KLC media team can take care of it.

 

With close to 10 years experience in communications and PR, I have worked both in-house and agency, and for both local and international brands. I have written for Canada's largest fashion publication, FASHION magazine, and am a contributing writer for East Kent's leading lifestyle magazine, Isle magazine. As a whole, the KLC media team encompasses a small group of individuals who are experts in what they do. We are all native English speakers,  degree-educated, and have decades of professional work experience behind us.

Pricing

Our pricing is competitive and transparent. The price you see is the price you pay, and not a penny more. However, if you are looking for add-ons such as additional word count, keyword research, or royalty-free images, please contact us as those prices will need to be added to each package.

Refund, returns and cancellation policy

We are an online creative business and therefore do not offer any refunds, returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to all packages provided by KLC media. We do understand the need for minor edits here and there, and therefore offer our clients a maximum of two edits or revisions across our content packages. 

Placing and delivering your order
To place an order you have a few options. You can add your chosen package to your cart and check-out, send us an email, or give us a phone call. Once you have agreed that you would like to work with our team and have paid for your project in full, we will begin working on your order the next business day.

We are happy to deliver your finished project to the email address provided. Alternatively, we are equally happy to upload the files to your Dropbox, Google Docs or WeTransfer.
